SYNOPSIS: According to witness Elena Danaan, there was a meeting on October 30, 2022 via holographic projection of three councils of the Nataru (Milky Way Galaxy) Alliance: The High Council of the Galactic Federation of Worlds, The Council of Five and the Andromedan Council.
